“I Foresee Some Kind of Revolution”

I received this important e-mail last week from a special agent in the field. I feel it is essential that I pass it on to you, wise readers. Thank you, Jonathan Rogers. –sam

Hey, SD–
I’ve been getting mysterious messages on my blog, similar to some of the ones you’ve blogged about. I think I’ve got one here that could break some kind of plot wide open:

“I foresee some kind of revolution if this maintains up, it’s possible not really a violent a person, but some style of extraordinary change.”

What does it mean, SD? All I know is that it has something to do with [website deleted by me for some reason].

  1. It’s clearly referencing the greatest revolutionary, Jesus. “if this maintains up” is either a typo of “mountain sup” referencing the great brain food of the sermon the mount -OR- it is “mountains up” as in faith that moves mountains up and tosses them into the sea. Can I get an amen? how bout an uncomfortable ahem?

  2. Though this statement causes me uncontrollable outbursts of silent laughter each time I re-read it, I have to say that I appreciate the tone of sincere earnestness… and the fact that these humble words could be formed into an utterance of such extraordinary unintelligibility.

This statement and the others from your blog put me in mind of two equally ridiculous things:
    1) This: http://www.pakin.org/complaint/, a handy tool for the instantaneous crafting of incredible catastrophes of insinuating illogic

    2) This: http://blogfiles.wfmu.org/KF/0507/msr5/27_-_Bobbi_Blake_-_Good.mp3 , an enduring legacy of the “song poem” era

  3. I can’t believe I didn’t acknowledge DanK’s hilarious comment. Terrific.

EmmaJ, thanks for the heads ups. Funny stuff. That song is hilarious.

    This makes me laugh mucho.

  4. Here’s a spam comment on this post:

“Don´t consider every nice comment as spam, its not – but here my two cents. It´s all about fitness mates! Or what do you think? I like this information and it has shown me some sort of desire to have success for some reason, so keep up the good work. Furthermore I´m definitely thinking about mentioning these facts in my own blog!”
